Bands of snow showers will continue to stream from north to south across portions of the local area through the early evening hours. While almost everyone will see some flurries or light snow, locally heavier bursts of snow will lead to lower visibilities and light snow accumulations. Within the heavier bursts of snow, fluffy accumulations of a coating to one quarter inch will be possible. Snow bands will dissipate later this evening.
